B&G Mental Health Counseling provides virtual therapy for adults throughout Iowa. Life can feel heavy — whether it's anxiety that won't quiet down, stress from responsibilities that never stop, burnout, depression, or a major life transition. You may look like you have it all together, but inside, it's hard to keep pushing forward. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and find your footing again.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. Together, we'll work toward real change — not just coping, but understanding the "why is this happening," strengthening confidence, and restoring a sense of calm. I help adults work through anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and professional or performance-related concerns.
